• The hot water pump may be malfunctioning, or there could be a hot water leak.

Please check step by step from Procedure 1.

1. Start by turning off the remote switch, followed by turning off the main power.  Wait for a while,
  and then turn on the power in the reverse order.

2. Check if the tube at the hot water inlet is twisted or not.
* When connecting the tubes, pre-twist them to the left for easier attachment.

3. In case of possible hot water shortage, while keeping the power on, access the
 [Maintenance]> [Water FillUp] menu and follow the operation panel's instructions to refill purified water.
  Make sure to use only purified water (industrial-grade purified water is acceptable).
  If obtaining purified water is difficult, please consider purchasing
 "SPC-0783 ANTIFREEZE MIXED WATER 35WT%1L".

4. If adding purified water in step 3 does not resolve the error, drain all the hot water once and try
  preparing a new antifreeze solution for reinjection.
  Please refer to "Fill up the antifreeze water" for the procedures.
